According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Cui Dongshu, Secretary-General of the Passenger Car Association, stated that in June 2026, car sales in Russia reached 122,000 units, an increase of 22% year-on-year; from January to June, car sales in Russia reached a high level of 660,000 units, an increase of 10% year-on-year. In June 2026, China exported 84,400 vehicles to Russia, with domestic brands selling 67,000 units in Russia, accounting for 80% of China's exports; from January to June, China exported 448,000 vehicles to Russia, with domestic brands selling 360,000 units, accounting for 81% of China's exports, indicating a relatively balanced overall situation.
