Zhihui Finance APP News, Beijing Junzheng (300223.SZ) announced that the company is currently applying for the issuance of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and its listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"). The listing committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange held a listing hearing on July 30, 2026, to review the company's application for this issuance and listing. The company's exclusive sponsor for this issuance and listing received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 31, 2026, which stated that the listing committee had reviewed the company's listing application; however, the letter does not constitute formal approval for the listing, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange still has the authority to provide further opinions on the company's listing application.
