Yihui Lithium Energy announced that the company had previously proposed to issue debt financing instruments, with a total issuance scale not exceeding 3 billion yuan. Recently, the company received the "Acceptance of Registration Notice" from the Association of Dealers, with a medium-term note registration amount of 3 billion yuan. The registration quota is valid for two years from the date of the notice and will be underwritten by a consortium of several banks. During the validity period of the registration, the company may issue in installments, choosing the timing based on funding needs and market conditions, and will fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
