(Kanghong), has independently developed the national class 1 innovative drug TQB2102 "HER2 Bi-Specific Antibody ADC," which has been included in the breakthrough therapy list by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration of China. This medication is intended for adult breast cancer patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2 low-expressing (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+/ISH-) tumors who have not received chemotherapy at the relapsed or metastatic stage. This recognition marks the third breakthrough therapy designation obtained by TQB2102, following its designations for HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer neoadjuvant therapy and HER2 IHC 3+ advanced colorectal cancer, further confirming its broad application potential in the treatment of HER2-expressing solid tumors.
