Xinke Materials announced that the company plans to acquire a 10% minority stake in Xinke Copper Industry held by Chongzuo Industrial Investment and Guangxi Tongzheng using its own funds and raised funds, totaling a 20% stake. The company has authorized the management to participate in a public listing for the acquisition at a price not exceeding the assessed value of Xinke Copper Industry. Upon completion of this transaction, the company's shareholding in Xinke Copper Industry will increase from 80% to 100%, making Xinke Copper Industry a wholly-owned subsidiary. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not require submission for shareholder approval. The counterparties must still complete the relevant procedures for the disposal of state-owned assets.
