The second batch of allocated affordable housing in Guangzhou for 2026 will be open for online registration from August 10 to August 24, with housing sources including 1,597 units in Luogang Heyuan. There are 336 units in Chengjun Yuefu and 1 unit in Wanglu Garden. Notably, the prices for Chengjun Yuefu units start at 8,640 yuan/m. Eligible Guangzhou residents can search for the item "Municipal Level Allocated Affordable Housing Application" on the Guangdong Government Services Network to submit materials online.
