Zhejiang Chint Electrics has established a new energy company that includes multiple solar thermal related businesses.

According to the Qichacha APP, Zhejiang Shengqingtai New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Lu Kai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; sales of charging piles; sales of solar thermal power generation products; sales of solar thermal power generation equipment, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhengtai Electric's subsidiary, Zhengtai Aneng Digital Energy Co., Ltd.
