According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Changxing Simei Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. was established, with Shi Guangfu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: recycling of renewable resources; recycling of waste metals; wastewater treatment and its regeneration; solid waste management, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Construction Engineering Corporation, and Suzhou Simei Technology Co., Ltd.
