On July 28, the State Administration for Market Regulation held a meeting in Beijing to advance the special action for the thorough implementation of the fair competition review system. The meeting listened to reports on the progress made by relevant localities, summarized the results of the current phase of work, and outlined key tasks for the next phase. The meeting emphasized the need to continue strengthening efforts in strictly regulating reviews, enhancing supervision and support, improving review capabilities, and reinforcing publicity and advocacy, further promoting the in-depth implementation of the fair competition review system to ensure that "all reviews are conducted" and "all reviews are strict." Key spot checks will be carried out in areas where enterprises have strongly reported unfair market competition issues and where there are many problems regarding fair competition. Various regulatory tools such as spot checks, interviews, notifications, and case filings will be coordinated to tighten responsibility for reviews and effectively strengthen the rigid constraints of fair competition reviews.
