On August 3rd, Tuhu Automobile Maintenance announced the formal launch of its ongoing franchise system construction and governance. The platform will actively conduct inspections to identify, rectify, and dismiss franchises that violate operational red lines. This governance focuses on inspecting violations that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of car owners, including: unjustified refusal to perform services, dishonest work practices, inflated project fees, unauthorized sale of prepaid value cards, and bypassing the platform to privately collect customer payments. Once any store is verified to have engaged in the above violations, the platform will conduct discussions and require rectification based on franchise management regulations; in serious cases, cooperation will be terminated and the franchise will be dismissed.
