At 14:00 on August 1, the center of this year's 13th typhoon "White Dolphin" was located approximately 3,090 kilometers east of Naha City in the Ryukyu Islands, in the northwest Pacific Ocean, at a latitude of 20.8 degrees north and a longitude of 157.5 degrees east. The maximum wind force near the center was 17 levels, with the minimum central pressure at 925 hPa. The radius of the seven-level wind circle ranged from 200 kilometers to 400 kilometers, the radius of the ten-level wind circle from 120 kilometers to 160 kilometers, and the radius of the twelve-level wind circle from 70 kilometers to 90 kilometers. The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that "White Dolphin" will move towards the west-northwest at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity. Before the night of August 5, "White Dolphin" will not affect our sea areas. After the 5th, it will gradually approach our southeast coastal areas, impacting our nearshore and coastal regions, and necessary preventive measures should be taken.
