As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 35.09 million shares, accounting for 21.29% of the total number of shares held, which is less than 50%. The controlling shareholder has a good credit rating, the pledge risk is controllable, there is no risk of liquidation, and it has no impact on the company's operations.
