Zhitong Finance and Economics APP news, Dongjian International (00329.HK) announced that Mr. Mai Qifeng (Mr. Mai) has resigned as the company secretary of the company and is no longer authorized to act as the company's authorized representative under the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX). He is also no longer authorized to act as the company's authorized representative for receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part XVI of the Company Ordinance (Hong Kong Ordinance Chapter 622), effective from July 24, 2026.
