Z FIN (01168): HoDo Financing appointed as independent financial advisor

Wisdom Finance APP message, Z FIN (01168) announced that Hode Financing Limited, a licensed corporation engaged in regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance in classes 4 (providing advice on securities), 6 (providing advice on corporate finance), and 9 (providing asset management), has been appointed as independent financial advisor to provide advice to the independent board committee on the proposal. The independent board committee (comprising all independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Zhang Jiaqing, Mr. Tian Jin, and Mr. Xin Luolin) has been established by the board of directors and has approved the appointment of Hode Financing Limited in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
