Hangzhou Garden: Set up a joint venture company with Qingwei Intelligent and other partners.

Hangzhou Garden announced that the company plans to jointly invest in the establishment of Hang Wei Tian Suan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with Beijing Qingwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Daoke Zhisuan Technology Co., Ltd., and Xinjiyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Among them, Hangzhou Garden will contribute 10.2 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the shares; Qingwei Intelligent will contribute 3 million yuan, accounting for 15% of the shares; Daoke Zhisuan will contribute 3 million yuan, accounting for 15% of the shares; Xinjiyuan Information will contribute 3.8 million yuan, accounting for 19% of the shares. The joint venture is in the preparatory stage and has not yet officially started operations.
