Its business scope includes the development of artificial intelligence basic software, development of artificial intelligence application software, sales of electronic products, sales of intelligent in-car devices, research and development of automobile parts, etc. Equities penetration data from Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Qingzui Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Beijing Xiaoma Intelligent Driving Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Xiaoma Intelligent Travel, and China Outbound Shipping.
