The Investment Bank of Malaysia stated in a report that the interest from Indian edible oil buyers has driven up the price of palm oil during the Asian trading session. With the tightening domestic supply before the peak holiday demand, it is expected that India's edible oil imports will increase from July to October, providing support to the price of Malaysian palm oil. The Investment Bank of Malaysia predicts that the price will face resistance at 4,807 ringgit per ton and find support at 4,650 ringgit per ton.
