A-share private placement overview: 5 companies disclose progress in private placement.

Wind data shows that on July 24th, five companies in A-share market released announcements related to private placement. Among them, one company disclosed a plan for private placement of shares, and three companies had their private placement plans approved at shareholder meetings. Based on the latest disclosed private placement plans on that day, ST Hongda's planned fundraising amount is the highest, with a proposed private placement of up to 6.0 billion yuan. So far this year, 103 companies have announced completed private placement plans, with 37 companies raising more than 10 billion yuan. Specifically, Air China, China Shenhua, and Songfa Shares have the highest fundraising amounts for private placement, raising a total of 20.0 billion yuan, 20.0 billion yuan, and 7.0 billion yuan respectively.
