China Shenhua establishes new energy development company, including offshore wind power related businesses.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Guoneng New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Penglin as the legal representative. The registered capital is 1.8 billion RMB, and the business scope includes research and development of offshore wind power related systems; wind power generation technology services; energy storage technology services; coal and product sales; wind power field related system research and development, etc. Equity penetration shown on Qi Cha Cha indicates that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Shenhua.
