According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Soften Baiheng Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Ma Mingyang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million RMB. Its business scope includes software development, information technology consulting services, and the retail of computer software, hardware, and accessories. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly owned by Shenzhen Bainei Technology Co., Ltd. and Soften Dynamics' subsidiary Soften Zhisuan Technology Group Co., Ltd.
