The group, known as the "Korean Shareholders Movement Headquarters," has accused SK Hynix CEO Guo Lu Zheng, Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Quan Yong Hyun, and CEO Lee Tae-won of violating their fiduciary duties to shareholders.
