The pledge term is from July 20, 2026 to December 31, 2028, with the funds used to provide guarantees for loans to others. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zheng Xiuping and her concerted parties collectively hold 62.20% of the total share capital, with the cumulative pledged shares accounting for 23.80% of her total holdings, and 14.81% of the total share capital of the company.
