National fiscal revenue in the first half of the year increased by 4.7% year-on-year.

Fiscal revenue and expenditure is the "barometer" reflecting the economic situation. Data released by the Ministry of Finance on July 22 showed that in the first half of this year, fiscal revenue saw steady growth, with the national general public budget revenue reaching about 12.1 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%, and the cumulative growth rate increasing month by month. Among them, national tax revenue was about 9.79 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%. In terms of expenditure, in the first half of this year, the national general public budget expenditure was about 14.33 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.5%. Overall, fiscal expenditure remained strong, with key areas such as people's livelihood receiving good support.
