Eleven state-owned enterprises in China opened bidding for the centralized procurement of photovoltaic components, with a total capacity of 79.7GW. TCL Huayuan temporarily ranks first in the scale of shortlisted companies.

The photovoltaic module centralized procurement project for the years 2026-2027 has been completed successively. According to various announcements and data from bidding websites, as of July 15, 2026, 11 central state-owned enterprises including China Coal Group, China Energy Engineering Group, China Huaneng Group, Beijing Energy Group, China Petroleum, China Huadian Group, China General Nuclear Power Group, Datang Group, State Power Investment Corporation, Guangdong Energy Group, and Zhejiang Communications Group have completed the bidding for modules, with a total of 33 sections and a total bidding scale of 79.7GW. Another 6.4GW component project by State Power Investment Corporation and China Resources is still under bidding.
