According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Beijing Zhaorong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Ang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. Its business scope includes real estate development operations, real estate consulting, property management, parking lot services, and non-residential real estate leasing. QiChaCha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by China Merchants Shekou under China Merchants Bureau Real Estate Co., Ltd.
