Supercomputing power nodes with fire liquid cooling, immersion liquid cooling emerge.

With the emergence of super nodes of computing power new infrastructure, the liquid cooling technology behind it has ignited a new round of industry attention. Recently, reporters found during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference that well-known server manufacturers such as Huawei, ZTE, Inspur, and Dawning have all upgraded their super node's heat management systems to liquid cooling, including mainstream cold plate liquid cooling, as well as the emerging immersion liquid cooling. Zhongjin Company predicts that with the debut of new technologies, 2026 will witness the first year of mass adoption of liquid cooling, and the global liquid cooling market for smart computing centers will reach 114.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 273%. It is expected to maintain high growth in 2027. Interviewees generally believe that with the boost of high computing power, new liquid cooling technologies are constantly being upgraded and being implemented. With the decrease in the price of fluorinated liquid, the immersion liquid cooling will enter the engineering stage, and the market's outlook is promising.
