ST Lida announced that, from the previous disclosure to the date of announcement, the cumulative amount of new litigation and arbitration cases involving the company and its subsidiaries is 52.5911 million yuan, accounting for 9.77% of the recently audited net assets. Among the new cases, the company has filed lawsuits against China Construction Third Bureau and Jiangsu Province Construction Engineering Group as plaintiffs, involving disputes over engineering debts, all of which are pending trial. In addition, several previously disclosed litigation and arbitration cases have been partially adjudicated, some are still in the process of being heard, and some have applied for withdrawal of appeals to be filed separately.
