Zhitong Finance APP News, Minsheng Bank (01988.HK) announced that, with the approval of the People's Bank of China, the bank successfully issued the "China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. 2026 Green Financial Bonds (First Tranche)" in the national interbank bond market, and completed the registration and custody of the bonds at the China Central Depository & Clearing Co., Ltd. The bonds were filed on July 16, 2026 and issued on July 20, 2026. The issuance size is RMB 15 billion, with a fixed interest rate of 3 years and a face value interest rate of 1.50%. The proceeds from the issuance of this bond will be used for green industry projects as stipulated in the "Green Financial Support Project Catalog (2025 Edition)" in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
