New Capital: Provide joint guarantee for the subsidiary's credit line of 160 million yuan

The New State City announced recently that its holding subsidiary, New State City Technology, has applied for credit lines of 100 million yuan, 50 million yuan, and 60 million yuan from Jiangsu Bank, Bank of China, and Agricultural Bank of China respectively, due to business needs. The effective period of these credit lines is until June 11, 2027, May 26, 2027, and July 7, 2027 respectively. New State City bears joint and several liability guarantees for the above debts, providing a maximum financing guarantee of not more than 160 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the company's guarantee balance for New State City Technology is 710 million yuan, with an available credit line of 890 million yuan.
