Shenzhen Energy: Plans to increase capital to Shenzhen Energy Hong Kong by 50.14 million US dollars.

Shenzhen Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Energy Hong Kong's wholly-owned subsidiary Central Asia Clean Energy Company's holding company, Orient Hope Company, plans to invest in the construction of the Astana Energy Ecological Park project in Kazakhstan, with a total planned investment of 197 million US dollars. To meet the project's funding needs, the company plans to first increase its capital by 50.1401 million US dollars to Shenzhen Energy Hong Kong, then increase its capital by 50.1401 million US dollars to Central Asia Clean Energy Company from Shenzhen Energy Hong Kong, and finally increase its capital by 50.1401 million US dollars from Central Asia Clean Energy Company to Orient Hope Company according to an 85% equity ratio.
