Tianshun Wind Power announced that, in order to meet the funding needs for business development, the company provided a total of 1.05 billion RMB in credit to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Tianshun Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd., from three banks including Suzhou Branch of China Merchants Bank, and provided a loan of 52.8 million RMB to Tianshun Wind Power Marine Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. from Huilai County Branch of Postal Savings Bank, with joint responsibility guarantee. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company's actual guarantee amount cumulatively amounted to 14.93542 billion RMB, accounting for 172.55% of the audited net assets in 2025, all within the scope of consolidated financial statements, and there were no overdue or other bad guarantee situations.
