Pengding Holdings announced that on March 30, 2026, the company agreed to invest 1.5 billion yuan to relocate the headquarters of its subsidiary, Wuxi Huayang Technology Co., Ltd., to Huishan District, Wuxi, and to develop the headquarters and supporting industrial projects. Recently, Huayang Technology has completed the relocation of its operating entity and business registration changes. After the changes, the new address is No. 17 Xingzhou Road, Qianzhou Street, Huishan District, Wuxi, with a registered capital of 699.4912 million yuan. The legal representative is Lin Yihong.
