On July 7, 2026, Zhiheyue Auto Sales and Service Co., Ltd. in Kunming, Yunnan, experienced a fund chain rupture due to private lending, causing some customers to be unable to obtain vehicle registration certificates from financial institutions and leading to delays in vehicle delivery. This incident also affected the affiliated company, Zhuhai Zhiheyue Auto Sales and Service Co., Ltd., in the delivery of vehicles in the Zhuhai area. On the day of the incident, Zhi Ji Auto quickly established a special work group and arrived at the scene the next day, actively cooperating with the government and coordinating with relevant parties to provide follow-up services for customers. As of July 17, Zhi Ji Auto has completed most of the customer coordination and situation assessment, and has resumed the issuance of vehicle registration certificates and vehicle delivery starting from July 18. It is expected that by this weekend, all orders and vehicle deliveries for normal customers will be completed.
