Shanghai Meteorological Bureau updated the blue rainstorm warning signal for the central urban area to a yellow rainstorm warning signal at 14:08 on July 19, 2026. It is expected that before midnight today, most of the central urban area will experience short-term heavy rainfall of over 60 millimeters in one hour. The blue rainstorm warning signal has been upgraded to a yellow rainstorm warning signal. Please strengthen precautions against urban waterlogging that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
