Due to the long duration of this transaction and significant changes in the current market environment compared to the early stages of the transaction planning, in order to effectively protect the interests of the company and the majority of investors, after careful consideration and friendly negotiations with the transaction counterparty, the decision was made to terminate the issuance of shares for the purchase of assets and related transaction transactions.
