China Traditional Chinese Medicine (00570.HK) announced that its Board of Directors has made a decision on July 17, 2026, that Mr. Yang Jun (Mr. Yang) has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors due to reaching the statutory retirement age. The arrangements will take effect immediately. After resigning as Executive Director, Mr. Yang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee and the Strategic Committee.
