Meinian Health announced that director Yang Ce applied to resign from the position of director and other positions of the company due to personal work arrangements, and will no longer hold any position in the company after resignation. His original term was until October 14, 2027. The company held a meeting on July 17, 2026, and agreed to nominate Zhang Fan as a candidate for non-independent director of the Ninth Board of Directors for election, with a term from the date of shareholder approval until the end of the term of the Ninth Board of Directors. This matter is still subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting. As of the date of the announcement, neither Yang Ce nor Zhang Fan held any shares of the company.
