Qingsong Co., Ltd.: Intends to change the stock abbreviation to "Nobel"

Qing Song Corporation announced that it completed the acquisition of the controlling stake in Nobel Cosmetics Co., Ltd in 2019. Currently, the cosmetics business has become the company's core main business. Since the original name of the company "Qing Song" carries the historical imprint of the deep processing business of pine knots, in order to eliminate the deviation between the company name and the actual main business, the company plans to change its name to Fujian Nobel Holdings Co., Ltd. The stock abbreviation will change from "Qing Song Corporation" to "Nobel", while the stock code remains unchanged.
