Wisdom Finance APP news, Binhe Stock (06745.HK) announced that in order to accelerate the company's green and low-carbon transformation and development, the company plans to construct a 250,000 tons/year special rubber integrated project through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Binhe New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Binhe New Materials"). The project is planned to be built in two phases, with the company planning to first construct the first phase of the 70,000 tons/year halogenated butyl rubber project (referred to as the "project"). The second phase of the project will be constructed at a later date based on market conditions and after approval by the company's authorized institution.
