China Shipping Notice: On July 17, 2026, Director Yang Guofeng resigned from the position of director and related duties due to work adjustments, effective immediately. On the same day, the company held the 26th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors, and approved the election of Li Feng and Sun Jianfeng as candidates for directors of the company. Their term will be from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the Fourth Board of Directors. This proposal will be submitted for approval at the shareholders' meeting.
