(referred to as "Wenfeng Group") received on July 17, 2026 respectively the "Notice of Filing" (No.: Securities Regulatory Case No. 0102026027, Securities Regulatory Case No. 0102026028) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Because the company and Wenfeng Group are suspected of illegal and irregular disclosure of information, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company and Wenfeng Group.
