In the period from January to June 2026, the total sales of the top 10 projects in Shenzhen exceeded 50 billion yuan, ranking first among the top ten hot cities. Shanghai followed closely with sales of approximately 45.6 billion yuan; Beijing, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou ranked third to fifth with sales of approximately 32.2 billion yuan, 29.3 billion yuan, and 27.3 billion yuan respectively. The total sales of the top 10 projects in the four first-tier cities exceeded 150 billion yuan. In the period from January to June 2026, two "billion-yuan projects" were born in the ten cities, namely, Shenzhen Wan Yunxi with approximately 14.27 billion yuan and Shanghai Yunqi Binjiang with approximately 11.54 billion yuan. Overall, within the scope of the top ten hot cities in this statistics, there are a total of 7 projects exceeding 5 billion yuan and 24 projects exceeding 3 billion yuan, including 5 in Shenzhen, 9 in Shanghai, 4 in Beijing, 4 in Hangzhou, and 2 in Guangzhou.
