Hengtong shares announced that on July 17th, the information disclosure obligor SONG JIANBO increased his holding of the company by 3.7154 million shares through centralized bidding, raising his shareholding ratio from 4.47% to 5%. The funds for this increase are from his own funds, the controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged, and his shares are not subject to any restrictions such as pledges or freezes. SONG JIANBO plans to increase his holding of the company's shares by no more than 50 million yuan from July 17, 2026 to January 16, 2027.
