The Qi Cha Cha APP shows that recently, Hangzhou Lingzhi Xing Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with business scope including: research and development of intelligent robots; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; development of artificial intelligence application software; manufacturing of semiconductor discrete devices, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by BeiYi Co., Ltd.
