At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, the Ascend 950 Super Node was unveiled for the first time. This product is based on the SpiritNet Interconnection Protocol and Super Node Architecture, achieving the industry's largest scale of 1024 cards, providing 1 EFLOPS FP8 and 2 EFLOPS FP4 computing power, with 256TB of global unified memory addressing space, relying on TB-level NPU interconnection ultra-large bandwidth and 3s ultra-low RTT latency. It is reported that the Ascend 384 Super Node has been commercially deployed in more than 750 sets, widely used in industries such as the Internet, telecommunications, finance, education, healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing. It is also the only super node in China to train SOTA models.
