According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhongmei Energy Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes supply chain management services, procurement agency services, sales of metal materials, sales of mining machinery, and sales of lubricants, etc. Shareholding information revealed through equity penetration on Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Zhongmei Energy.
