The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index opened down 2.16%. Among the components, Nvidia's stock price fell by 0.99%, TSMC's stock price fell by 2.53%, Broadcom's stock price fell by 2.67%, Micron Technology's stock price fell by 3.4%, AMD's stock price fell by 3.01%, and Applied Materials' stock price fell by 0.39%.
