The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (referred to as "CPSC") issued a recall notice numbered 26-611 on July 9, 2026 local time. Greenworks Tools is recalling Kobalt brand 24V and 48V garden power tools equipped with USB-C charging interface lithium-ion batteries.
