Siemens Healthcare's Wuxi Base Phase II expansion project has begun, with an investment of over 100 million RMB.

On July 16, it was learned from Siemens Healthineers that the second phase expansion project of Siemens AXS X-ray vacuum technology Co., Ltd. officially broke ground in the Wuxi High-tech Zone in Jiangsu Province. The total investment of the project exceeds 100 million RMB, and will focus on the research and production of new high-end CT X-ray tubes and high-voltage generators, as well as high-end X-ray tubes and high-voltage generators for vascular imaging systems. According to Siemens Healthineers, it is expected that the expansion project will be completed in two years, and the production scale will steadily increase in the next five years. This expansion marks a new step for Siemens Healthineers in advancing the localization of core components of high-end medical equipment.
