Limited (Guolong Technology), signed a "SHARE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT relating to TECHNOLOGICAL OVERSEAS CAPITAL 2 LIMITED" on July 16, 2026. Guolong Technology plans to invest 15 million US dollars in TECHNOLOGICAL OVERSEAS CAPITAL 2 LIMITED (referred to as "this Fund") with its own funds. The target size of this Fund is 94.71 million US dollars.
